Micros eCommerce (formerly TIG Global) is a digital marketing and e-commerce technology provider for the hospitality and retail industries. While at TIG, I provided online marketing and web development expertise to luxury hotel clients around the globe, leading the effort to develop and demonstrate return on an online presence.
- Managed websites for up to 15 hotel properties generating $500,000 to $1m/month in revenue
- Worked with new clients from discovery to launch phase and acted as client liaison with Project Management department
- Regularly communicated with regional revenue managers and other stakeholders to evaluate online revenue performance and adjust revenue management strategy accordingly
- Produced and presented monthly reports for each client detailing revenue, revenue sources, marketing spend analysis and web site statistics
- Working on a team with members from a variety of departments, identified best practices in interactive media and developed a way to compile, store, update and communicate those practices to others in the firm
- Edited and wrote SEO-optimized web copy and audited existing sites for SEO performance
- Defined and executed broadcast email strategies, sending out monthly and bi-monthly broadcast emails for properties
