Portland Interactive Map
About a year ago, my girlfriend and I passed through Portland, OR and spent a day there visiting a friend and touring the city. It was such an enjoyable trip, we decided to make a vacation of it and go back with enough time to explore the city properly. Below, I have a map with some possible sites we will visit (nothing is set in stone). Not only will I add new points of interest as we come across them, but visited attractions will have a blue marker and a few words about our experience in a new tab in the info window. This map was hand-coded and pulls data from an XML file; you can follow my learning process here.
